The HBDI Individual Profiles:

The individual profile that is created from the 120 question survey instantly illuminates the person's preferences and interests.
HBDI profiles show a persons thinking-style preferences: at its simplest, it shows their balance between left brain and right brain thinking. If you look at the examples, you will see a shape drawn in a heavy line, which indicates this persons main score in the four thinking styles briefly listed - and a finer line showing a secondary score (enlarge image by clicking on it). Printed profiles are provided as the first thumbnail (left) although PowerPoint versions (the rest of the thumbnails) can also be ordered.

Group Data:
The HBDI can deliver an insight into both individuals and group dynamics.
When the individual profile is mapped onto the group profile, it illuminates the dynamics of the group.
Because the process generates a very clear representation of the results, the implications are compelling and obvious. A variety of reports can be provided, in PowerPoint format, to show different (anonymous) representations of the group. The only example which can include initials is shown above.
A wealth of further insights can be drawn using the HBDI as a tool in the hands of an experienced practitioner. Over the last 12 years we have trained many practitioners all over the country in the use of this tool. Some are independent consultants; others are members of in-house HR teams who apply the system to their own staff as a method of developing project teams and balancing management groups.

Training to apply, interpret and feedback the HBDI:
Attendance at our HBDI Training Essentials course enables delegates to apply, interpret and feed back the HBDI (to individuals or groups). These are one-day crash courses after which attendees are encouraged to complete and submit an exercise designed to consolidate the learning - in their own time. Aims and Objectives of Course
After attendance, delegates are entitled to purchase profiles from Mind Management; there is a variety of profiling options and prices (e.g. Electronic/Pack/PowerPoint/Serviced/DIY).
These open courses are run regularly in London for small groups: the price is 350 per person. Dates and availability
Equally one-day courses can be arranged in house for corporate users. We recommend a minimum of six and maximum of 12.

HBDI Games:
A small selection of games are available for use with groups. These are usually only supplied to trained practitioners who will have seen them demonstrated at their training. A list with prices can be found on our Price List.
MPowerMentoring is an entirely new concept which has been designed for individuals who lead a full and busy life in which they are so swept up that they seem to run on auto-pilot. A session takes the shape of a full day of one-to-one consultancy with Sally Bishop during which extremely practical tools are used to enable people to take stock of where they are (these include the HBDI, and THOUGHT SORT ). Following this there is a guided examination of their choice of destinations, the routes available to these destinations and a way to regain the controls to get them there. A formula will be revealed for repeating the process for themselves in the future. They will have ample opportunity to practise the application of the technique during the day at the end of which they will be fully confident. Some subsequent telephone support is arranged to complete the package.
