What does attendance at the Train-the-Trainer crash course enable us to do…. and what do we get?
Attendance at our HBDI Train-the-Trainer crash course enables a delegate to apply, interpret and feed back the HBDI (to individuals or groups). These are one-day courses run each month in London for very small groups. Following the course, attendees are encouraged to complete and submit an exercise designed to consolidate the day’s learning - in their own time. The cost of the day is £395 per person (+ vat) and includes your own profile, two free profiles for the purpose of practicing feeding back to individuals and a disc with key PowerPoint slides.

(Equally one-day courses can be arranged 'in house' for corporate users.)

Here is a sample of comments we have received following the course:

"Sally was wonderful, I really enjoyed the day. I cannot remember when I last attended a training event which was so informative and enjoyable. I particularly liked the top tips for delivery of the HBDI. Thanks."

"Thank you for such an entertaining and informative course. I think everyone enjoyed it a great deal and learnt an enormous amount (but boy am I tired!)."

After the training, delegates may purchase profiles and group reports from Mind Management Ltd.. There is a variety of profiling options and prices (e.g. electronic / 2 different packs / PowerPoint / serviced / DIY).

Additional information and Dates

Who runs the course?
The one-day workshop is held in our training room close to Vauxhall station in London. The day is run by Sally Bishop, who was trained by Ned Herrmann to run such courses and represented him – as Herrmann International UK - from 1989 until his death in 1999. During that period Sally’s courses carried full HI Accreditation status. These days, after attendance at the course, delegates may obtain HBDI profiles exclusively from Mind Management’s scoring service - or open an account to use the online survey.
