If you would like to obtain profiles for a group you should

     
• Contact Sue Blackman sue.blackman@hbdi.co.uk / tel: +44 (0)1424 - 775100.

     
• Decide whether you would like individuals to complete surveys

         a) manually - in which case we will send a batch of suitably coded survey forms, or
         b) on-line - in which case you will be sent details of how to do this and given a special code.
     
• Arrange a date when you would like a HBDI-trained facilitator to feed back the profiles to your team.

     
• Trained Practitioners can, of course, handle the feedback themselves.
