Sally Bishop , Managing Director. Sally was trained in all aspects of the HBDI at Lake Lure, in North Carolina, by Ned Herrmann in 1988.At that time the HBDI was not represented in the UK and Sally launched the concept in the UK- with Ned’s help and blessing some six months later. She has continued to be his official representative in the UK, handling all accreditation and scoring until after his death in 1999.
Gordon Webster , (See CV) is an experienced consultant in the use of the HBDI, having been trained by Ned more than twelve years ago. He has applied it extensively in the development of professional sales teams for large organisations as well as in the worlds of project management and computerised simulation. He is uses the HBDI to make complex business issues clear, relevant and understandable in a short time scale.
Sue Blackman , Office Administrator. Sue has run the Battle office since 1992 and is in charge of all profiling activities and client liaison.
Sara Cooper , has worked in the Battle office since 1994 and is fully involved with profiling. Sara also helps with workshop planning, the administration of accreditation exercises and record keeping.
Gill Gooch , Accounts. Gill has been with
us since the beginning of 2000, deals with all invoicing and payment
queries.
Paul Ware , is our IS/IT manager. Paul
handles all the most technical of our IT issues including on-line
scoring issues, the remote scoring package as well as other normal
day to day IT tech stuff. If you have any technical questions about
the website or the remote scoring package, then Paul is the person
to ask. He has been with us since the beginning of 2000, if you have
been trained as a consultant in the HBDI and wish to use the remote
scoring package, then please contact .
